I just received word that they are stopping treatment on Granny and putting her on the Hospice floor. They only expect her to make it a couple more weeks, if that. If something happens then I'm going to try my hardest to make it home.

Prayer Request

As most of you know there are two people in our family that are not doing well. Rob's great grandmother, Grandma Clifton, and my great grandmother, Granny Brown, are not doing well. From the updates I'm getting they both seem to be getting weaker by the day. I just ask that you say a prayer for our family and our grandmothers. We all wish we could be with everyone through their time of need. I thank everyone for the calls and emails to keep us updated. It's so hard being far away knowing our family needs us.

We got Rob's household goods yesterday from Korea and almost everything is ruined!! Just about everything that has fabric is covered in mold. My couch cushions don't have mold but they have the smell. Rob called the claims office and they said to take pics of everything and bring those in when we drop off our claims forms. There is way too much to take pics of. I'm calling them back to see if they can send someone out here. Plus the pics of our mattress didn't come out good. You can't see the mold on the pics it just looks like stains. But if you see it in person it is so nasty. All that stuff is just sitting in my garage cause I can't bring it in the house cause the smell is so bad. I've been going through stuff trying to see what can be saved and what has to be trashed. UGH!!!

I hope everyone had a good Labor Day weekend. We went to the beach with some friends on Sunday. The kids had so much fun. Rob buried everyone in the sand. Then that night they showed a movie on the beach. We decided to camp out there that night with our neighbors, Rachel, JJ, and Danny. When we got up Monday morning we rented a boat. The boat was kinda small so we had to take turns riding. They had this little area set up with sea animals. It was a kiddie pool with sea urchins, octopus, sea snails, hermit crabs, shrimp, sea cucumbers, and starfish. I couldn't keep Hailee away from it. Then we rode the banana boat and went tubing. It was so much fun. We were all so tired when we got home last night. I would have pictures to post but someone took our camera. We have been calling the people that were there to see if someone accidentally picked it up. No luck yet. Well I have to go get the kids from school. I post again later.

Sorry it took so long for me to update our blog. We've had so much going on and it's going to be getting really busy next week. We have our first shipment of household goods coming next week. Mine won't get here til the end of the month. Hope everyone enjoys the pics and don't forget to leave us a little message.

Alex and Hailee's first day at thier new school.

We took the kids swimming at North Shore and it is mating season for the turtles. They were everywhere. This one got pushed ashore by the waves and Rob got to snap some really good pics.

Alex loves going to the beach.

Rob and his babies.

My neighbor put a wig on Hailee.

Happy Birthday Sydnee!!!

Peanut butter and Jelly, the breakfast of champions.

Alex in Hailee in the hotel dancing, lol.

These pictures were taken when we first got here. We went exploring one day and stumbled upon Sand Island State park. So this was our first look at the water here in Hawaii. The kids loved it. The waves were pretty big that day and Alex kept wanting to get wet.
